Shop. Mid C19, with C20 modernisation and shopfront. Pink and grey mottled brick in Flemish bond, with shopfront and eaves cornice of timber; slate roof, hipped at rear, with brick stacks. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and attic; 3 window gabled front, bordered by pilaster strips. Shopfront of sunk panel pilasters supporting plain frieze and dentilled cornice on paired scrolled brackets: glazed double doors between plate glass windows. On first and second floors, windows are unequal 6-pane sashes, with large cross window in centre of first floor: attic windows squat 4-pane sashes. First floor and attic windows have painted stone sills, second floor painted sill band: all have flat arches, those to attic windows largely obscured by moulded eaves cornice on grooved bulbous brackets. Rear: on second floor, unequal 9-pane sashes with painted sills flank blocked central window: on third floor, three sash windows, two of 12 panes, one of 16 panes. All visible windows have flat brick arches. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with other buildings in Coney Street.
