Copper was often used to make tin homewares

Our tutor will show you the basics to make a simple copper box. Using both tin and copper smithing techniques, including hammer work to shape the piece and gain simple metalworking skills, polishing and finishing

This workshop has been funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and is free. Places are limited, and a £10 deposit is required to book, refundable on attendance.

The class is run at our Fabrication2 workspace by Andrew Clark of Military Metalwork
